Cloud Menu Terms of Service
On this page
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Cloud Menu platform, websites, applications, digital menu services, QR functionality, analytics, and any related products or services made available by Cloud Menu LLC (collectively, the "Services").
In these Terms, "Cloud Menu," "Cloud Menu LLC," "we," "us," and "our" mean Cloud Menu LLC. "Customer," "you," and "your" mean the person or legal entity accepting these Terms. "Authorized User" means any employee, contractor, agent, or other person whom a Customer permits to use its account.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to current Customers and Authorized Users who continue to access or use the Services on or after the Effective Date.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, restaurant, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms or lack that authority, you must stop using the Services.
1. Business Use
The Services are intended primarily for commercial and business use. You are responsible for determining whether the Services are suitable for your business, operational, regulatory, and legal requirements.
2. Description of the Services
Cloud Menu provides software tools that may allow businesses to create, publish, manage, and distribute digital menus and related information through public URLs, QR codes, analytics, reports, promotions, and other functionality made available from time to time. The Services may also include optional ordering, transaction, integration, or payment-related functionality if Cloud Menu makes those features available.
Features may vary by subscription plan, location, account configuration, integration, geographic region, or product availability. Cloud Menu may add, modify, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as the Services evolve.
Unless Cloud Menu expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Cloud Menu LLC, no particular feature, integration, functionality, or future development is guaranteed.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must use the Services for a lawful business purpose. You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
If you administer an account for a Customer, you represent that the Customer has authorized you to manage the account and accept legally binding terms on its behalf.
4. Accounts and Account Security
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete registration and account information;
- keeping that information current;
- maintaining the confidentiality and security of passwords, authentication credentials, recovery methods, and connected email accounts;
- using unique passwords and reasonable security practices;
- restricting access to authorized persons;
- promptly removing access for persons who are no longer authorized;
- reviewing account activity and published content; and
- all actions taken through your account or by your Authorized Users.
You must notify Cloud Menu promptly at legal@getcloudmenu.com if you know or reasonably suspect that credentials have been compromised, an account has been accessed without authorization, or an account takeover has occurred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Menu is not responsible for unauthorized access, account takeover, data changes, publications, losses, or other activity resulting from compromised credentials, reused passwords, phishing, social engineering, insecure customer devices or networks, compromised customer email accounts, failure to enable or use available security controls, sharing credentials, or acts or omissions of the Customer or its Authorized Users.
5. Authorized Users and Account Administration
Customers control which Authorized Users may access their accounts. Customers are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and for the conduct of all Authorized Users.
Cloud Menu may rely on instructions submitted through an authenticated account. Cloud Menu is not required to independently verify that each instruction reflects the Customer's internal approvals.
6. Customer Content
You retain ownership of text, images, logos, trademarks, menu information, files, links, data, and other content you upload, enter, publish, configure, or otherwise provide through the Services ("Customer Content").
You grant Cloud Menu LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, display, format, resize, cache, back up, and otherwise use Customer Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that you possess all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents necessary to provide Customer Content and permit Cloud Menu to use it as described in these Terms.
7. Responsibility for Published Information
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving everything published through your account. This includes:
- menu items and descriptions;
- ingredients and preparation information;
- allergen, dietary, nutritional, and food-safety information;
- prices, taxes, fees, gratuities, service charges, and multipricing;
- promotions, coupons, offers, restrictions, and expiration dates;
- availability and sold-out status;
- business hours, addresses, contact information, and policies;
- photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, and other media;
- alcohol-related content, age restrictions, and age gates;
- raw or undercooked food notices;
- automatic-gratuity and service-charge notices;
- accessibility-related text and image descriptions;
- legal disclosures and disclaimers; and
- any other information required by law or published through your account.
Cloud Menu does not independently verify Customer Content. You must review each public menu, QR destination, promotion, and business page before distributing it. Cloud Menu is not responsible for claims arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or improperly configured Customer Content.
8. Content Moderation and Removal
Cloud Menu may remove or restrict Customer Content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform security. Cloud Menu is not obligated to monitor all Customer Content and does not assume responsibility for Customer Content merely because it has the technical ability to remove it.
9. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, permits, licenses, disclosure requirements, food-safety requirements, alcohol rules, advertising rules, tax requirements, and consumer-protection obligations applicable to your business and use of the Services.
Cloud Menu provides software tools and does not provide legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, food-safety, nutritional, accessibility, or other professional advice. A feature intended to assist with compliance does not constitute legal advice, certification, or a representation that use of the feature satisfies a particular requirement.
10. Accessibility
Cloud Menu seeks to design and maintain the Services using reasonable accessibility practices. Accessibility, however, may depend on Customer Content, account configuration, third-party content, embedded tools, devices, browsers, assistive technology, and how the Customer implements and uses the Services.
Cloud Menu does not represent, warrant, certify, or guarantee that the Services, Customer Content, or a Customer's implementation will satisfy every accessibility law, regulation, technical standard, guideline, interpretation, or use case, including every requirement that may apply under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Customers remain responsible for evaluating and satisfying the accessibility obligations applicable to their businesses, public accommodations, communications, menus, and Customer Content. Customers are responsible for images, alternative text, colors, descriptions, links, documents, embedded content, and other materials they upload or configure.
Cloud Menu may provide tools, design practices, or recommendations intended to improve accessibility. Those measures are assistance only and do not constitute legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of compliance.
Users may report accessibility difficulties through the contact method published in Cloud Menu's Accessibility Statement.
11. No Service Level Agreement
THE SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH A SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT OR SLA UNLESS CLOUD MENU LLC EXPRESSLY AGREES TO A SPECIFIC SLA IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF CLOUD MENU LLC.
Cloud Menu does not guarantee a particular level of uptime, availability, support response time, recovery time, resolution time, performance, latency, data-processing speed, or error-free operation.
Statements about expected availability, maintenance, support, response, recovery, or performance are goals or estimates only unless a separate executed SLA expressly identifies them as binding commitments. No service credit, penalty, refund, or other remedy arises from downtime or performance unless a separate executed agreement expressly provides that remedy.
12. Service Availability
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cloud Menu uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Services but does not guarantee that they will:
- always be available;
- operate without interruption, delay, vulnerability, or error;
- be compatible with every device, browser, network, scanner, or third-party service;
- meet every Customer requirement;
- preserve every feature or integration; or
- remain unchanged.
Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur with or without advance notice when reasonably necessary.
13. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
Cloud Menu may rely on third parties for hosting, databases, storage, content delivery, communications, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, domain services, authentication, security, and other infrastructure.
Cloud Menu does not control those third parties and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not responsible for outages, delays, service degradation, security incidents, policy changes, discontinuation, or other failures caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside Cloud Menu's reasonable control. Third-party products and services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
14. QR Codes and Public Links
QR codes, URLs, links, and other access methods depend on cameras, devices, browsers, operating systems, internet connections, networks, printing quality, placement, lighting, and technologies outside Cloud Menu's control.
Cloud Menu does not guarantee that every QR code or public link will work in every environment. You are responsible for testing QR codes and public links before printing, displaying, or distributing them and after making relevant configuration changes.
15. Analytics and Reporting
Analytics, QR-scan information, traffic information, item metrics, reports, forecasts, recommendations, and other measurements may be estimated, delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate. They are provided for informational purposes and are not audited or guaranteed business records.
You remain responsible for decisions made using information obtained from the Services.
16. No Guarantee of Business Results
Cloud Menu does not guarantee increased sales, traffic, search-engine rankings, visibility in AI or language-model results, customer engagement, QR scans, conversions, profitability, or any other commercial result. Past results, demonstrations, projections, examples, analytics, or marketing materials do not guarantee future performance.
17. Data and Backups
Cloud Menu may maintain backups and redundancy as part of ordinary operations but does not guarantee that Customer Content or account data can always be recovered. You should retain independent copies of business-critical information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Menu is not responsible for loss, corruption, deletion, alteration, or inability to recover Customer Content or account data, subject to the limitations and exceptions stated in these Terms.
18. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable law or facilitate unlawful activity;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- publish fraudulent, intentionally deceptive, defamatory, or unlawful content;
- distribute malware or harmful code;
- interfere with platform operation or security;
- attempt unauthorized access to an account, system, or network;
- reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- conduct abusive automated requests or scraping that materially interferes with the Services;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- circumvent plan limits or access restrictions; or
- create unreasonable technical, legal, security, or reputational risk for Cloud Menu or other users.
Cloud Menu may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts reasonably believed to violate this section.
19. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid Services may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing period disclosed at purchase. You authorize Cloud Menu and its payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for subscription fees, taxes, and authorized purchases.
You must keep billing and payment information current. Features, limits, and pricing may vary by plan and may change as described in these Terms.
20. Automatic Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Unless otherwise disclosed at purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until canceled.
You may cancel through the available account controls or published support process. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily produce a refund or credit for fees already paid, unused time, partial periods, setup work, or prior charges, except where applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.
Cloud Menu may change subscription prices by providing any notice required by applicable law before the new price applies to an existing subscription.
21. Trials, Promotions, and Credits
Cloud Menu may offer trials, discounts, coupons, promotions, or credits at its discretion. Eligibility, duration, features, usage limits, and conditions may vary or change.
Cloud Menu may prevent repeated account creation or other attempts to obtain additional trial periods improperly. When a trial ends, Cloud Menu may restrict features or suspend access unless a paid subscription is activated.
22. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for sales, use, excise, value-added, withholding, or similar taxes arising from purchases of the Services, except taxes imposed on Cloud Menu LLC's net income.
23. Payment and Transaction Features
If Cloud Menu makes payment, ordering, or transaction features available, those features may be provided by third-party processors and may be subject to additional terms. Unless Cloud Menu expressly states otherwise in writing, Cloud Menu LLC is not the restaurant, food provider, merchant of record, delivery provider, or seller of a Customer's goods or services.
The Customer is responsible for order fulfillment, product quality, refunds to its guests, chargebacks attributable to the Customer's goods or conduct, taxes, pricing, availability, food safety, and compliance with payment-network and processor requirements.
24. Cloud Menu Intellectual Property
Except for Customer Content, the Services and all associated software, designs, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, content, and technology are owned by Cloud Menu LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Cloud Menu intellectual property to you. Cloud Menu grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to use the Services during the period your account is authorized and only in accordance with these Terms.
25. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, feature requests, recommendations, or feedback relating to Cloud Menu, you authorize Cloud Menu LLC to use that feedback without restriction, attribution, or compensation.
26. Suspension and Termination
Cloud Menu may suspend, limit, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, security concerns, risk to the Services or other users, or a material violation of these Terms.
Where reasonably practicable, Cloud Menu may provide an opportunity to correct a violation before termination. Cloud Menu is not required to delay action when immediate suspension or termination is reasonably necessary.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general contract provisions.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD MENU LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
CLOUD MENU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, VULNERABILITY-FREE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
No oral or written information, estimate, statement, or advice creates a warranty unless it is expressly included in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Cloud Menu LLC.
28. Cybersecurity and Unauthorized Access
No online service can guarantee that all cyberattacks, vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, phishing attempts, malicious activity, or account takeovers will be prevented. Cloud Menu may use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, but does not guarantee absolute security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Menu LLC is not liable for unauthorized access, hacking, account takeover, data alteration, malicious publication, credential theft, or related losses caused by:
- a Customer's or Authorized User's act or omission;
- compromised, weak, shared, or reused credentials;
- phishing, social engineering, or impersonation;
- compromise of a Customer's email, device, browser, network, or third-party account;
- failure to use available security features or follow reasonable security instructions;
- malicious acts of a Customer's employee, contractor, agent, or former user;
- a third-party service or infrastructure provider; or
- events outside Cloud Menu's reasonable control.
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to Section 29 to the maximum extent permitted by law.
29. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLOUD MENU LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, CUSTOMERS, USE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CLOUD MENU LLC AND THE OTHER CLOUD MENU PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO CLOUD MENU LLC FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT THAT FIRST GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF THE CUSTOMER PAID NO FEES FOR THOSE SERVICES DURING THAT PERIOD, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL BE ZERO DOLLARS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT REMEDY.
These exclusions and limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether in contract, tort, statute, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if a Cloud Menu party has been advised that damages are possible. They apply in the aggregate and are not increased by the number of incidents, claims, users, locations, or legal theories.
30. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be limited.
31. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cloud Menu LLC and its members, owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to:
- Customer Content or information published through your account;
- your business, products, services, orders, fulfillment, or operations;
- your violation of law or these Terms;
- alleged infringement or violation of rights caused by Customer Content;
- menu descriptions, ingredients, allergens, nutrition, prices, taxes, fees, gratuities, service charges, availability, or food-safety information supplied by you;
- promotions, coupons, offers, age restrictions, or legal notices created or configured by you;
- acts or omissions of your Authorized Users;
- your use or misuse of the Services; or
- a dispute between you and one of your guests, employees, contractors, vendors, or other third parties.
Cloud Menu may control the defense and settlement of a covered claim using counsel of its choice. You may not settle a claim in a manner that admits fault by or imposes obligations on a Cloud Menu party without Cloud Menu LLC's prior written consent.
32. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, either party must send written notice describing the dispute, the supporting facts, the account involved, and the relief requested. Notices to Cloud Menu LLC must be sent to legal@getcloudmenu.com and 14270 SW 133rd Ave, Miami, FL 33186. Cloud Menu may send notices to the email or business address associated with the Customer's account.
The parties will make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days after receipt of a complete notice. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief where legally appropriate.
33. Binding Individual Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT.
Except for a dispute eligible for small claims court and a request for temporary or emergency injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property rights, unauthorized system access, or misuse of the Services, every dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, an account, a subscription, billing, Customer Content, or the relationship between you and Cloud Menu LLC will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect, except that any mandatory rule that legally applies to a particular dispute will control over an inconsistent provision in these Terms.
The arbitration will be conducted by one arbitrator. The seat and contractual locale of arbitration will be Miami-Dade County, Florida. A hearing may be conducted remotely if the parties agree, the applicable rules require it, or the arbitrator directs it. The arbitration will be conducted in English unless the parties agree otherwise.
The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that a court could award, subject to these Terms and applicable law, but may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's individual claim.
The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve disputes concerning the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms or this arbitration agreement, except that a court of competent jurisdiction will decide any dispute concerning the enforceability of Section 34 or the prohibition on class, collective, mass, consolidated, coordinated, private-attorney-general, or representative proceedings.
Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
34. Class, Collective, Mass, and Representative Action Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND CLOUD MENU LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
Neither party may bring, participate in, administer, coordinate, or seek relief through a class action, collective action, mass action, consolidated action, coordinated action, private-attorney-general action, or other representative proceeding against the other.
An arbitrator may not consolidate or coordinate claims involving more than one Customer or claimant and may not preside over any class, collective, mass, consolidated, coordinated, private-attorney-general, or representative proceeding unless all affected parties expressly agree in a signed writing after the dispute arises.
If a court determines that a particular part of this waiver cannot lawfully be enforced as to a specific claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in court only after all arbitrable claims have been completed, to the extent permitted by law. The remainder of this waiver and the agreement to arbitrate will continue to apply.
35. Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOR ANY DISPUTE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION, EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
36. Governing Law and Court Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provisions.
For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the federal court with jurisdiction over Miami-Dade County, Florida, to the extent permitted by law.
37. Force Majeure
Cloud Menu LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, degradation, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud-provider failures, telecommunications outages, power failures, natural disasters, severe weather, governmental action, labor disruption, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, third-party infrastructure failures, epidemics, pandemics, or other force-majeure events.
38. Changes to the Services
Cloud Menu may change features, functionality, interfaces, pricing, usage limits, integrations, or technical architecture as the Services evolve. Cloud Menu does not guarantee the continued availability of any feature unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
39. Changes to These Terms
Cloud Menu LLC may modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, except where applicable law requires notice. Revised Terms become effective when posted on the Cloud Menu website unless a later effective date is stated.
You are responsible for reviewing the current Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
40. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Cloud Menu LLC's prior written consent. Cloud Menu LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing transaction, corporate restructuring, or transfer of the Services or relevant business operations.
41. Severability
Except as specifically stated in Section 34, if a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law. An unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
42. No Waiver
Cloud Menu LLC's failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later. A waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Cloud Menu LLC.
43. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence
These Terms, together with an applicable order form, subscription terms, Privacy Policy, and any other agreement expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services and supersede prior communications concerning their subject matter.
If a separately signed written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the separately signed agreement controls only to the extent of that conflict. Purchase-order terms or other Customer-provided terms do not modify these Terms unless Cloud Menu LLC expressly accepts them in a writing signed by an authorized representative.
44. Notices and Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to legal@getcloudmenu.com.
